Yarrow - for psychic protection, separation of self from others
Borage - for coping with all life throws at you in a calm way
Walnut - for protection from what others think of you
Nettle - for standing up for yourself and maintaining your boundaries
Buttercup - for increasing your self confidence
Potentilla - for loving yourself just as you are

“ My skin felt refreshed and looked slightly 'dewy' straight away even when the spray dried. It performed very well on every level. The fragrance was delicious and delicate rose with a slightly sweeter than usual top note for rose. The texture was that of a hydrosol and and I liked both. My skin did feel slightly taughter so, yes, more toned. No downsides at all. it did work well on the skin and it seemed to calm me on the tube and other energetically challenging places. It does seem to soothe the emotions so that is probably the combination of the Flower Essences and the calming smell of rose.
