It contains the same 5 essences/ remedies as Bach's original formula but we have added Dandelion essence to make it even more grounding.
Originally designed to help with physical shock and trauma... over the years Rescue Remedy has helped millions with exam nerves, fear of the dentist, fear of flying, bringing dying animals and birds back to life and so much more.
I am sure if Dr. Bach had lived longer he would have come up with more combination essences from his 38 remedies but unfortunately he died soon after making this famous blend. Although very effective, it isn't always the best combination to take in certain situations but used for the right thing it is amazing.
Releasing shock that we are carrying can be a profound experience.
