For those with small children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends who get over excited on Christmas Eve (or any other day for that matter) and find it difficult to go to sleep before Santa comes, these ‘Magic Drops’ are our solution.

We’ve put them in calming Lemon Balm hydrosol that we distilled ourselves in the summer rather than the usual alcohol that flower essences are usually preserved in so it won’t matter if the whole bottle is drunk at once.

The essences we have added are the same as those in our Easy Sleep mist and come in a tiny 5ml bottle which will fit easily into a small pocket or hand until the magic works.

Ingredients : Lemon Balm hydrosol (Melissa officinalis) - tastes lemony but not sour

with flower essences of :

White Chestnut – for stopping thoughts going round and round and round

Red Chestnut – for not worrying about things you can’t change

Wild Garlic -to stop you feeling scared that Santa won’t come

Speedwell -for slowing right down

Oak -for knowing it is best to rest and recharge because tomorrow is going to be even better if you aren’t tired

Cherry Plum - gently calming

Dandelion seed – for drifting off into fairy land
