I’m delighted to be joining Jessika of Luna Flow for a day of flower essences and sound healing in the gorgeously sumptuous surroundings of Ash House near Martock, Somerset.

This will be a relaxing day where you will be mixing up your own flower essence blends, learning what essences are and how to use them, meditating with the plants in the grounds and experiencing a sublime sound bath amongst other things

Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day. All levels of knowledge welcome
