Fire Cider is a traditional herbal tonic that is taken during winter to keep ‘lurgies’ at bay. I have been making this for a while now for friends and family and, as keeping our immune system healthy is so crucial at the moment, I am offering it here.
My version contains: Raw Cider Vinegar, Fresh Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Horseradish, Chillies and Raw Honey and Yarrow, Wild Garlic and Gorse flower essences too-so as you can imagine it tastes pretty strong and is really good for you.
I suggest taking a tablespoon daily or when you feel you might be coming down with something. It also makes great salad dressing.
Size: approx. 200ml
I also highly recommend that you make this yourself. There are lots of recipes on the internet and, besides having to wait 3+ weeks for it to infuse, is very easy to make.
