Ingredients:

Organic cold pressed Rapeseed and Olive Oils infused with Nettle Seed, Rosemary and Meadowsweet flowers, Lavender Hydrosol and my own Lavender essential oil, Local Beeswax and Shock Release flower essence

Rosemary and Nettle Seed is a combination that has been used since Roman times to help with joint and muscle pain.

Lavender is considered to be anti-inflammatory and the Lavender oil acts as an effective preservative so this cream should be good to use for at least 6 months if kept cool.
