Organic cold pressed Rapeseed and Olive Oils infused with Nettle Seed, Rosemary and Dandelion flowers, Rosemary and Bay Hydrosol and my own Rosemary essential oil, Local Beeswax and Shock Release flower essence

Rosemary and Nettle Seed is a combination that has been used since Roman times to help with joint and muscle pain and I’ve added Dandelion flowers as it is known to be mild natural analgesic that's many benefits include helping with sore muscles, joint pains and arthritis symptoms.

The Bay hydrosol acts as a muscle re and is known to be anti-inflammatory

The Rosemary oil acts as an effective preservative so this cream should be good to use for at least 6 months if kept cool.
