“I have loved trialling Edelweiss - I have really been drawn to Edelweiss for ages and it didn’t disappoint!

Initially when I take it, an enormous warmth goes straight to my throat chakra and then it travels down to my heart. There is a quietness to it and an energy of crystal clarity and purity. I suppose this reflects the purity of the environment high up in the alps, where it has to be very resilient and develop strong roots to survive. Indeed, when I woke up in the morning after the evening I first took it, my feet felt so warm and buzzing, as if they had been ‘charging’ all night in a special charger! Such root energy - grounding and very positive. When I took the dog for a walk I felt as if every footstep was rooted way into the ground, as if I couldn’t fall. I think Edelweiss is great for grounding, but I also think it clears away questions like ‘should I be here?’ or ‘I dont think I belong or fit in here ..’. I suppose I have spent quite a lot of my life feeling those things, but Edelweiss gives you such a strong feeling of connection and conviction .. yes, I am here because I belong here. A very strong, positive, uplifting energy of belonging. Then when you aren’t querying yourself the whole time you suddenly have more energy to look out. When you feel anchored and secure in yourself, you are more confident because you have this pristine certainty that you are protected, that you are wanted and that you matter and belong. I feel I have been reaching out more to other people, I have more tolerance, more social energy and I feel more loving because I don’t have to worry any more about not really belonging in this world. There are probably more layers to uncover in the Edelweiss essence, but I think it is a hugely special essence with amazing qualities. 3 key phrases? For me they would be Strongly Protective, Grounding in all senses and Joy in the Certainty that I belong.
