our whole range of single essences
Our flower essences are sold in two strengths - stock and dosage - and come in recyclable tamper proof 30ml blue bottles.
Stock essences need to be diluted further before being taken - a few drops in a glass/bottle of water is the usual way, or you can add them to your bath to be absorbed into your system. Alternatively you can make up your own dosage bottles by adding 5 drops of up to 7 of our single essences in a mix of 60% Spring Water and 40% Vodka or Brandy -you can buy empty bottles for this here. Or alternatively we can do it for you.
Dosage flower essences are diluted ready to use straight from the bottle.
You can choose which of these options you would like when ordering.
Usually flower essences are preserved in alcohol but for people who can’t, for whatever reason, take alcohol we also sell our dosage strength essences preserved in organic cider vinegar - these don’t have such a long shelf life (6 months as opposed to 5 years) but are equally as effective - choose which you would rather in the drop down menu when ordering.

SHIPPING : We charge a flat rate of £3.90 for second class postage and packing for the UK and £9 for all international orders (and £15 for the USA, Australia and New Zealand).
