If there are several single essences that you want to take at the same time it might be good to mix them up altogether as a combination.

If you want to do this buy your essences at ‘stock’ strength and then fill a dropper bottle with 60% spring water and 40% vodka or brandy. Then add 2 or 3 drops (or use your intuition) of each essence to make a ‘dosage bottle’. This can then be taken several times a day - we suggest 7 drops twice daily but feel free to do what feels good for you.

You can also use these bottles with just spring water and a few drops of each stock essence. This bottle will then be good to take for about a week.
